InfraRed Week, “Reflection in a pond”
We have converted a Nikon D200 to near Infra Red Photography. Please see this post for details:
Infra Red photography is usually converted to Black & White. The sensor captures a full colour image, but the colours have nothing to do with reality (as we perceive it) and will in default processing come out strongly red. Colour IR is often referred to as “false colour”.
This shot was captured in RAW format and the white balance was set using the the foliage as “white point”.
