I love going on other people's road trips. I get to see so many things I would otherwise not get to see.
This is a great start. A really nice image that screams Texas to me. Can't wait to see more.

I have never been to Texas before, i'll have to put that on my to-do list. This shot is pretty cool, i like the fact that you have many layers of interest to focus on here.

The only thing missing from the photo is the turtle on top of the post. Ask a Texan about post turtles. ;)

Dette var virkelig kvintessensen av Texas slik jeg forestiller med det. Stort, røfft og øde. Og vakkert på sitt eget vis. Liker vinkelen og linjene i bildet. Syns dere har gjort maksimalt ut av motivet.

I like this shot a lot. Excellent detail in the post and the near grasses.

When I lived near Dallas, we took a number of trips through the hill country. I remember taking I-35 down to Georgetown then heading west through many tiny bergs including Johnson City, Fredricksburg, and a dozen others. Being on Farm-to-Market roads with free-range cattle and cattleguards across the road to discourage roaming was a trip. Bluebonnet season was particularly great - about the first of May.

I can see on the picture that it is flat and open landscape and with that size it must be a lot of opportunities.
