Green Frog

Green Frog

When we see frogs like this, we always think: “Costa Rica” (their PR people have done an outstanding job..).
This little fellow, however, has no such exotic origin, we found him in our garbage can.  We snapped a few pictures and let him have his freedom.

We have blurred using a layer mask.

.

  13. Very NatGeo’ish… and an excellent capture. Costa Rica’s PR folks have nothing on your garbage can.

  18. This must be the type of frog they modeled Kermit from ‘The Muppet Show’ after. Yes, I’m being serious! I can see a resemblance.

    Nice shot.

  19. Great composition and sharpness. It seems like he’s just on the go. It was a good idea to blur the background.

  25. Nyanser av grønt. Veldig flott. Liker at dere her bare har tatt vare på det grønne. Lekkert komponert bilde med den sedvanlige Frandandshot-skarpheten :-)

  26. when I was a child I used to spend all my time sitting in our back-garden and watch the insects and ants, wasps and bees and everything for hours without even moving a hair :-P I still sometimes spend hours sitting still without moving… even by lowering my breath-rate so that I can watch and be in their environment without being noticed or at least forgotten… it’s a very nice shot… I enjoyed it very much…
