We wanted to try this in B&W.  This is not the same picture as this previous post, but from the same place.  We are still struggling with our B&W conversions, but hopefully we are learning.

Vi hadde lyst til å prøve dette motivet i svart hvitt.  Det er ikke det samme som i denne posten, men er fra den samme plassen.  Vi sliter med svart hvitt konvertering, men vi håper å lære.

  22. Hvis dette er et eksempel på å “streve med svart/hvit-konvertering”, så kan vi andre som leker med fotografering og bildebehandling bare gi oss først som sist. Dette er vakkert, rett og slett. Nydelige detaljer og nyanser. Jeg syns dette gir et utrolig godt bilde av en vakker del av Rogalandskysten. Villt, vakkert og likevel balsam for sjelen.

  27. It looks fabulous. Struggling with Black and White conversion? It’s certainly not readily apparent. The depth in this image is outstanding. Great detail, interesting subject.

    The types of conversion I do depend on the subject. Generally I try to replicate the tones of old films, but not always. This one looks a bit like the old Delta films.
