Thanks for your comments –
It is a strong experience to be there. But we are glad we took the trip. We have spent several days fishing and enjoying the beach and the charming, small streets filled with ice-cream shops and typical summer-souvenir-shops. It is distressing to see the destruction with our own eyes.
It is hard to imagine the power, you do feel how small and insignificant we humans are compared to the Power of Nature.

More photos will follow, all taken on a sunny, tranquil Sunday – which made the contrast even bigger.
